Founded at the end of 2024, DRYSTONE - APPAREL is a small, independent clothing project based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland. 

At its core, DRYSTONE is a practice of labour as a form of care. It reimagines what work could be, where maker and product are deeply connected, and effort is intrinsic to the garment. 

The label’s identity is rooted in pragmatism and careful craft, inspired by the drystone walls that track across Auckland. Built without mortar, these walls rely on gravity, interdependence, and the precise placement of rock after rock. 

DRYSTONE applies this same methodology to clothing – pieces are designed to function and built to age and remain in use.
